About this policy

Kutuli is a shared space for you and your partner. This policy explains how information is used in the Kutuli mobile app and in this website’s interactive preview.

Information you provide

The app collects information you provide, including your email address, partner nicknames, and content you create, such as memos, drawings, Book entries, and memories. If you use shared finances, the app stores the transactions, budgets, recurring items, and goals you enter.

We also use minimal usage information to improve performance and the experience.

Optional location and notifications

If you allow location access and sharing, the app uses location information for features that help you find your partner and associate places with memories. You can manage Location Access in Settings and device permissions.

If you enable notifications, device notification information is used to deliver app updates and shared interactions. You can manage notification permission in your device settings.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and maintain the service, connect you with your partner, store and display shared content, and send important updates such as sign-in codes and service changes.

Features you share with your paired partner are intended to be available to that partner. Choose carefully what you add to your shared space.

Service providers and security

The app uses service providers for authentication and storage, notification delivery, and subscriptions. Its implementation includes Supabase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and RevenueCat. These services support the features you choose to use.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. No website or app can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You can manage permissions, unpair from your partner, and request account deletion from the app’s Settings. Select Delete Account to begin the deletion flow; the app asks for confirmation because this affects account and shared content.

This website’s interactive preview

Preview pulses, drawings, and sample goal contributions run in your browser session. Preview drawings are not delivered to a real partner, and sample contributions do not move money. Reloading resets the preview.
