Acceptance
By accessing and using Kutuli, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using your shared space
Kutuli is designed for couples to share content. Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the app, you grant permission to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you and your partner.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and subscription details are shown in the app before purchase. Manage an Apple subscription through your App Store account.
App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s applicable terms, including its standard End User Licence Agreement.
Shared finances and the website preview
The shared-finance features help you record and organise information you enter. A savings goal or recorded contribution does not itself transfer funds.
The website is an interactive demonstration. Its pulses, drawings, and goal amounts stay in the browser session; they are not real partner delivery, account activity, or payments.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms. You can also use the account-deletion flow in Settings.
Changes to these terms
Terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
